Useful reminders (subscriptions/payments):
• Subscriptions are one (1) calendar month. Free trials do not auto‑renew. Subscriptions are non‑refundable (except where required by law).
• Auto‑renew is on by default (except free trials) and can fail if the card is declined, the price changed, or you disabled it.
• Accepted payment methods include: Visa/Mastercard (intl & Morocco), Moroccan CMI cards, SponsoGo Wallet, cash via partner cashier points, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, Skrill. Cheques are not accepted.
• Wallet: your balance is used first if sufficient; otherwise, the saved card is charged for the full amount.
• VAT/sales taxes: SponsoGo applies local taxes where required; an extra line is shown on the receipt when applicable.
